A succulent chicken breast filled and slow roasted with our portifino pate. Inspired from a small Italian town in Italy called Melfi, Portifino pate is a blend of Cream Cheese, Garlic, Basil, Olives and Sun-dried tomato blended together and then delicately stuffed into the middle of a chicken breast.
This makes a luscious creamy sauce around the breast as well as a medley of surprises when you cut into it.
